Every package includes blue-sky exteriors (if it's a cloudy, gloomy day, we add a pleasant blue sky with Photoshop), a client checklist to prepare the home, and both MLS-ready and full-size print-ready photos. Photos are put in a logical order, as if you're walking through the home, every photo is fully edited for color balance, proper exposure and alignment, and photos are delivered within 48 hours.

Photos are delivered within 48 hours after the shoot via a Google Drive link, in both MLS-ready and full-size print-ready formats. Need them sooner? Same Day Rush ($50) guarantees delivery before midnight of the same day.

Packages are based on the home's size: 25 images for $225 (recommended for homes under 1300 sq ft, up to 1 hour on-site), 35 images for $275 (1300–2000 sq ft, up to 1.5 hours on-site) and 45 images for $325 (over 2000 sq ft, up to 2 hours on-site). Each includes classic interior and exterior photos. Smaller homes can choose Just 15 for $175.

The house should be cleaned, de-cluttered and staged before we arrive. We're happy to rearrange couch pillows and do some very light staging, but the house is shot as-is, and re-shoots incur additional cost. A Home Photo Shoot Preparation Checklist is sent to the client upon booking so the home is ready.

MLS-ready photos are sized and ready to upload to the MLS, and they're arranged in walk-through order. You also receive the full-size, print-ready versions of the same photos for flyers and other marketing.

Yes. Same Day Rush is $50 and guarantees delivery before midnight of the same day. Rush projects are welcome; call or text (949) 328-4751 to check availability.

Yes. Elevated Drone Shots are $100 when added to a package, and they're flown by Jason, an FAA Part 107 certified remote pilot. They're great for featuring the surrounding area, the size of the front and back yard, or solar panels. Availability depends on the weather, airspace rules and local ordinances, and specific angles can't be guaranteed.

Yes. Twilight Photos are $75: exterior photos at dusk. The photographer will contact you to set up a separate appointment.

Yes. A Zillow 3D Home is $100 and gives your listing an HD 360 experience on Zillow, like a 24-hour open house. A Zillow Video Walkthrough is $50 and immerses buyers in the layout of the home.

Artistic Detail Shots ($15, up to 3 additional shots) showcase architectural features, and 5 More Photos ($50) covers things like outbuildings, clubhouses, pools and acreage. We're also designers, so we offer logo design ($150).

We're located in Rogers County, Oklahoma, and serve agents and homeowners in Claremore, Owasso, Collinsville, Talala, Nowata and Oologah, with no travel fee in those areas. Outside these areas? Contact us for a quote.
